Yulius Setiarto is the Managing Partner of SNP. Prior to establishing SNP, he was also active in several national and international social organizations. After graduating from Gadjah Mada University, he joined one of the prominent litigation law firms in Indonesia. 

His expertise is in commercial litigation and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as criminal litigation. He has experience in a wide range of commercial and criminal litigation, as well as bankruptcy proceedings which include representing clients at any types and levels of courts.

He also acts as the receiver and administrator for bankruptcy/ suspension of debt payment obligations (PKPU).    

Furthermore, because of his expertise, he has become a lecturer at several Special Courses for the Advocate Profession.
He speaks fluent Indonesian and English.
