E. Maria Kurniawati graduated from Gadjah Mada University. Before joining SNP in 2011, Maria had joined several leading law firms in Indonesia.

Her expertise is in corporate matters, business law and labor and employment law. 
She has been involved in various transactions, either national or multinational transactions, for corporate matters, which include: acquisition, merger, establishment of domestic and joint venture companies, legal audits and legal due diligence for specific purposes.

Furthermore, she also provides assistance in preparing legal opinions and legal advice related to corporate matters. She speaks fluent Indonesian and English.
